Kikuichi
Having roots beginning in the 13th century, Kikuichi Cutlery is renowned for their high standard of quality and their dedication to traditional craftwork and processes. Their ancestor was granted the right to use the royal symbol, the Chrysanthemum flower, on the blades he made, and Kikuichi carries on that tradition to this day. The current company has been operating within the same family for four generations.
